Unexpected Lien |

i bought a condo 1 year ago and on my paperwork it says the title was clear. now everyone in my building recived court papers saying that the building was bought by someone else because their was a lien on it. what do i do we are a building of 60 units we are going to get put out and have to foreclose? |

Did you have a lawyer when you bought? That's the person to look into things for you now. Did you have title insurance? If so, that company should be involved immediately. And whatever -- you need to talk with a lawyer right now. |
