Two Good Agents |
| |
 |
I plan on buying a home in Charlotte, NC in January of 08 and I will be relocating to Charlotte from Long Island in late Winter. I have read a couple of books on buying a home and have done alot of research on the Internet of the Charlotte Metro area.
In the process I came across two buying agents both of whom were originally from NY like myself and relocated to the Charlotte area. Both agents are very competent and have done a proper needs assessment to help me narrow down my search in the Charlotte area.
My dilema is this. I don't think it would be appropriate to work with two buying agents when I go down to Charlotte in early January. It is my impression that most buying agents require an exclusivity agreement and I believe it would be complicated to be working with two Realtors at the same time.
Do you have any suggestions on what criteria I should use in choosing one Realtor over the other. This is a difficult decision for both Realtors are a good match for me and both have shown competence and proffessionalism. Any suggetions you have would be helpful. Thank you. |

How nice to get a complaint about brokers who are too good, for a change! I'm afraid I don't really have any advice on what you should do. I'll be interested to hear how it comes out, though -- do let me know what happens when you get to Charlotte. |
