I am looking to buy a house in Glendale, CA. I already got my preapproval. Is it better for me to buy it now or wait till October of this year. To me it looks like now is hotter market, cause some of the houses are not staying in market very long and the sellers are not accepting lower offers. But, would it be the same in October/ November 2008 ?! |

No way I can predict the future. You're asking about prices, but the other thing neither of us can predict is interest rates. You might as well buy when you're ready to, and not try to time the market. |
