The legal definition of "bedroom" varies considerably from one locality to another. Everything from "heated" to "a window" to "an outside wall" to "two exits". I don't know what it is in your area. But many really old houses don't include bedroom closets -- in previous centuries people routinely used free-standing wardrobes. So that may not be included in the requirements. I just can't say. |
