Shared Driveway |

I am interested in purchasing a home that shares a driveway. Both homes are vacant. Do you think this has anything to do why these homes have not sold? They were both built in 2004. What about resale ? |

If the houses haven't sold, the buying public has voted that they're not worth what's being asked for them. As for the shared driveway, the important thing is to ascertain that there's a driveway easement on record so it's clear that you'd receive the permanent right to use it. |
