	how do i file a title transfer for a home that i sold to a friend that was in need. (the thing was a money pit to me anyways) ...............................................

	You say you sold the house, but until you sign a deed it hasn't been sold. If you're asking how to do that -- a lawyer can take care of the simple paperwork for you, or a title company can do it. But if there's a mortgage on the place, your friend will probably not be able to take it over. The lender can usually call in the whole debt when there's a change in ownership.
