Selling Listed House |

Can I go to one of these places where they buy houses to see if they would be interested in mine if i have a contract with a realtor? I would like to see if they would give me what is owed on my house since we are having such a hard time selling it right now. |

If you can't sell it on the open market for enough to cover your mortgage loan, you certainly won't be offered that much by a "cash today for houses" company. They have to buy at a real discount. So the question doesn't really matter. But for the record, you have probably signed a contract promising to pay a commission if the house is sold during the listing period so yes, you'd owe it even if you sold on your own. |
