  I am a real estate agent getting ready to write a contract on a 4-plex. What forms do I need to get the offer started?
 
  You should be getting guidance from your own supervising broker.  If you are a broker yourself, you should know more about Missouri's requirements than I do.  Sorry I can't be of help.
