Selling a Condo |

Hi - I have a 1 br condo in Orlando, FL that I bought for investment back in 2006. It currently has tenant in there until May 2008 - is it against the rules to put it on the market and sell it? Do you think it is the right time? The reason I ask, is because the property managers left and now the owners have to maintain it and have no time to do such thing. |

I haven't read the rules you agreed to when you bought into that condominium association, but I don't think they could forbid resale. Take a look for yourself. If your tenant has a lease, that would be binding on the next owner. |
