Hello, My wife and I are trying to purchase a house in Indiana. The day before closing we were informed that the sellers assets had been frozen by the government for some financial reasons that I won't go into. The government has not released the property at this time. Apparently, the paper work has been filed and we are now waiting to hear if the government will release the property so that they may sell it and pay back the debt that they owe. Do you have any experience with this? We were wondering how long these things take. The house is great and we are getting a great deal, that is if all of this gets pushed through the proper channels. Thanks for your consideration
John
I must have answered hundreds of thousands of letters over the past 30 years, and it isn't often I get one I haven't heard before, but yours is a first. I wish I had some information for you, but I don't. I guess you'll just have to hang in there -- do let me know how long it takes!
