Seller's Agent Prying |

Is it ethical for the sellers real estate agent to contact my bank, asking questions concerning my finiancial situtation and progress of the loan. Upon being denied access to this information, tried contacting different loan officer within same bank to obtain same information. |

Sorry, but I think the seller's agent does have a duty to learn as much as possible about your financial situation, and to check on the progress of your loan application. |
