Seller's Agent, Buyer's Agent
  Any advantage to using the same agent that is listed on the home that I am interested in? I have not listed my home yet. Both homes are in adjacent communities.
 
 

I don't see any problem, if you find an agent who works well for you and in whom you have confidence, with using that same person for both ends of your transaction.
