	Hi. I just purchased a manufactured home for 99,000. Escrow closes 8/10. Seller wants to stay in house until 8/28. How much rent a day should I charge her. Thanks.

	Charge enough that it will be worth her while to leave as agreed. Make sure you have a written agreement for so much a day until the 28th, and a lot more for every day after that. Ask that the rent money be paid in advance at the closing. TAlk with an insurance agent about proper coverage. It's best to have a lawyer draw up the additional agreement.
