My daughter is interested in buying a farm. I will sign for her. The people are getting a divorce. One is moving out of the US. What should we ask?. I am afraid of dealing with someone out of the country during the sale. |

You should have professional help for the purchase. I'd recommend hiring your own real estate agent to represent you in the negotiations, and planning on having a lawyer take care of all the paperwork. |
