If,prior to full performance of land contract by the buyer(me) and conveyance by deed, the seller dies, with title passing to heirs in which I have been making payments too for several years.
What documentation will I need upon pay off? |

You need your own real estate lawyer to handle the closing, and that would be a good person to consult at this point, to make sure everything is in order. I can't give you an answer because I haven't seen your contract. |
