Seller Changing TErms |
| |
 |
Must the seller legally provide everything listed on the MLS sheet? The seller listed a washer, dryer, dishwasher. He does not want to provide any of this because he is giving us 6% seller assist . We will now have to ask to extend the contract because the buyer of our house is not ready to settle. The seller is saying that since we need more time that he will not provide a dishwasher at all. (There is a washer & dryer present but they do not work). What is legal ? |

The seller is bound by whatever is promised in the sale contract, which of course I haven't seen. If you're modifying the contract, I suppose the other party could ask for some changes. Better take your question to your own lawyer. |
