Seller Backed Out
  I was two days from closing on a home and the seller backed out of the deal and I was left with a $265 home inspection fee and $350 appraisal fee. Is there any way I can be reimbursed?
 
  Small Claims Court is just right for a question like yours.  You can represent yourself at almost no cost, take in all the documents you have, and see what a judge says.  Good luck.
