Sell or Keep It?
	im buying a condo and was woundering if now is the best time to sell my two family home or should i rent it out with an option to buy or just rent it out untile the housing markit improves. i am 70 years old and not real landlord material so any advice u give me would be appreciated

	You're right to be wary of becoming a landlord. It's not as simple as some people think and I can't see you're trying to learn the job at this point. My guess is that you should sell now.
