Sell or Hang On? |

With the soft market, we're looking at selling our home for $50K less than what we could have received a year ago. Should we hang onto it, rent it, and ride out the market? Should the market recover to last year's numbers in 3 years? |

What you're asking me is very much a personal decision. You don't way why you want to move, but if you're buying and selling in the same market, it doesn't much matter when you do it. What you lose on one end you make up on the other. As for the future -- guess what? I can't predict it. |
