Second-Time Buyer |

When buying my first home, there was no such program for first time home buyers as there is now. I believe there should be a program for second time home buyers for those of us who made a huge mistake the first time around. I see now that I did not have a really good agent. I also believe I was a bit anxiious which made myself the perfect prey for her. A few years after being in my home, I became miserable. After living in my home and after viewing all of the TV shows pertaining to home buyjng, (which did no exist at that time), I now know what to look for. I am totally clueless regarding buying my second home. I am afraid to leave because the prices of homes now, I am not sure if I could afford the down payment and I know the monthly payment would be a lot more than I am presently paying. I am presently working, but not sure for how long because of health reasons. I am currently living in a duplex, two levels, something I will never do again. I really do NEED to move especially because of my health. I need something on one level. I really need to know if there are any programs that can assist second time home buyers.

I'm afraid there are no special programs for second-time buyers. It won't cost you anything to talk with a few local brokers and explore whether you could sell and buy something on one floor. |
