Second Mortgage "Closing"

I am a first time home buyer and I have already closed on my first mortgage, and am about to close on the second mortgage in about a month I want to know if I could get out of this loan.

I assume it's the second mortgage you're talking about?  You can certainly refuse to take a loan if you change your mind about it,  and in certain circumstances you may even get back some of your application expenses.  As this one is a second mortgage, you could even cancel it and give back the money for three days after you'd closed on it.  That's called your right of rescission.
