School District
  How important is the quality of school district in buying decision? Is a very good school district apt to sell better than good school district? -
in other words, when ready to sell the house we are buying now, will we do better in very good schools?
 
 

It sounds as if school district doesn't make any difference to you, but it would to many families.  Yes, I believe a good school district is a definite selling point.
