Salesperson Buying Property

I am becoming a real estate salesperson. I wanted to know if after listing someone's property, what would happen if I decided I was interested in purchasing it?

You'd consult your supervising broker for guidance.  Once you wanted to buy, you could no longer serve as the seller's agent, becuase you'd be acting in your own interest.  You certainly couldn't collect any commision on the sale.  But that listing agreement would have been made with your office, not with you individually, so it would be up to your broker to figure out how to handle the situation.
