Rented for Three Years |

About four years ago I moved into this house, that was for sale. I signed a one year lease giving me enough time to get my credit straight. well three years have passed , I've finally got some good credit. but my landlord won't come down on his asking price. I think after renting from him for four years he should be glad to give me a good deal. |

Well, if he doesn't want to, he doesn't have to. I don't know if you signed any sort of contract about buying, but you'd have to abide by its provisions if you did.
