You are getting good advice from your broker; take advantage of it. The value of your property is set not by you, not by the broker, and not by the appraiser. The buying public's is the only opinion that matters, and they've had plenty of time to vote that your place is not worth $559,000. Stick by the agent who has the guts to give you the right guidance. |
