Prospective Investor

Can you please submit information about real estate investing? This spring I am going to be a real esate investor I need all of the knowledge that I can get.

Thanking you in advance

I don't have room for all the advice I could give you.  I'd suggest you start by reading a book, something like Real Estate Investing for Dummies.
One way to learn a lot is by taking the course required in your state for beginning real estate agents.  You get a good basic education that way, and you may meet people who could help with your goals.
You need to line up your own real estate lawyer and CPA before you start.  As an investor you're going to use lots of professional help. Don't buy anything and don't sign anything till you've run it by both the lawyer and the accountant.
And you want to find a real estate broker who is interested in your project and can guide you.
