Prices Have Dropped |

I am in escrow with a house that is being built. Since purchasing the home a couple of months ago the prices have dropped even further. What can I do if anything since the same houses are priced even lower now, We have not closed yet. |

You're not the first person to write me about this situatin recently. Have a lawyer look over your contract to see if there's some way you could get out of it. With that possibility, you'd be in a good position to negotiate -- or for your lawyer or a good real estate broker to negotiate for you.
