Prices Have Dropped |

In Ohio right now the prices of real estate as dropped alot. My husband and I would like to retire but can not afford to take such drop. What is going on with the market and do you see a change where the prices will increase? |

Yes, prices will increase. I'm glad you didn't ask me "when?" Real estate is cyclical, prices drop, prices recover, prices go up. But there's no telling how long it'll take. Sorry about that. |
