Price Was Too High |
| |
 |
I have had my house on the Market for over 17 mos and had 3 realtors. All had the price too high. I have dropped the home over 58,000 and it is the lowest price home in the area as far as comparable. The home has been repainted, remodeled kitchen, etc to spruce up.
The question: what can I do to create a more "fresh" listing or just keep lowering the price? I am already losing money. |

If yours is the lowest asking price for similar houses, you'll find a buyer. Too bad you lost all that selling ti,e at higher levels. As for losing money -- I'm afraid buyers don't care whether you're losing money. They're just looking out for themselves, and they'll buy whatever strikes them as a bargain. |
