Pre-foreclosure Scam?
  Is pre-forclosure a scam or can you really purchase homes with bad credit and no down payment if they are behind on their payment? If you can, how do you do it?
 
  I have no idea what you're talking about, but the answer is no, I'm sure you can't do it.
