Passed the Salesperson Course |

I took the real estate salesperson course over 3 years ago. I passed the state test at that time but never signed on with a broker or worked in real estate. I know I would need to take the test again to apply for a license but is the course still valid or do I need to repeat the course. |

As far as I know, in New York state the course does not expire. You can double-check by calling the Department of State at 518-474-4664. To apply for a license you will need a certificate of completion from your real estate school. |
