Can you make on offer on a home that already has a sale pending? |

Yes, you could make an offer, and you'd include in the wording something to the effect that if accepted, the contract would only take effect if the first deal falls through. It'd be up to the sellers whether they wanted to accept such a "back-up" offer.
Perhaps you're asking if you could offer more and try to upset the existing contract. That, I think, can not be done. |
