No Inground Tank |
| |
 |
Should a buyer be told that there is no propane tank in the ground to run the range and fireplace? The buyer signed a contract and had no idea that there was no propane tank even though there is propane fireplace and stove. |

Is there an above-ground tank that the buyer could have seen? If not -- I'm confused -- how did the previous owner do any cooking? At any rate, the question is a good one for a lawyer if a large amount of money is involved, or for small claims court if it's a matter of a few thousand to remedy the problem. |
