No Hurricane Shutters

What type of legal stand do I have if I bought a condo that advertised that it includes hurricane shutters and find out that it's not hurricane shutters but shade roll-ups instead? The condo's in south Florida and am told there's a huge difference between the two and the main reason I bought it was because it already had the "hurricane shutters" installed and I made that clear to the realtor when making my choice. The condo is bought and paid for. Any legal stand? Thanks.

Do you want to cancel the whole thing and give the condo back?  If so, you need to take all the documents you have, including the advertising, to a lawyer who specializes in real estate.
Or do you want the cost of hurricane shutters?  If that's an expensive item, again, talk with a lawyer.  If it's only a few thousand dollars, you can represent yourself in small claims court and see what a judge has to say.
Let me know what happens; I'm interested.
