New Jersey does not have license reciprocity with any other state, and New YOrk does not recognize your license. To work in real estate in New York, you'd have to meet all the requirements for a New York license (75-hour course, state exam, sponsoring broker in the state) as well as sign a document allowing you to be sued in New York. That would get you a salesperson's license. You might go for a broker's license with more study, if you currently hold a broker's license in New Jersey or have enough experience in real estate to qualify. |
