Neighbor with 18-Wheeler |

Dear Edith,
My husband and I have lived on a quiet residential road for 30 years. A few years ago we got a new neighbor. In the beginning he worked for a construction company elsewhere, but recently he expanded to two trucks and workers out of his house. He has an 18-wheeler parked in front of my house dropping off flats of wood and metal, that he stores feet from my property. I don’t believe this road is zoned for businesses. Who can I speak with to find out? – E. H. A
