A lot depends on the neighborhood, and also on the type of manufactured home you're talking about. You might take your question to real estate brokers in that area -- just walk in and ask to speak to the boss, who may have enough local experience to answer your question. And of course, you wouldn't let yourself be bound by a contract to buy the land until and unless you were sure the local building bureau would okay a manufactured home on that lot. |
