I recently viewed a property on several sites that is listed for sale for X amount of dollars. I inquired about purchasing the home and was told that the home could not be sold because the purchaser bought it at a trustee sale and had not closed on the property. Is the house for sale or not? |

Perhaps if you put in a purchase offer "subject to the seller taking title to the property" it could be acceptable. |
