Listed for a Year

I had my house on sale for over a year, if I am to take it out of the market, how long it will be before it will not show in the Realtors Record (the data accessible only by Realtor to find out how long the house had been on the market)?

Each multiple listing system is set up differently, and I can't say what happens in your agent's.  I am impressed, by the way, that you know that "Realtor" is a trademarked, capitalized word!  But I'm not impressed that you kept your home on the market for more than a year listed at more than market value.  By definition, market value is "what someone in the buying public is willing to pay" so by definition, the buying public has told you in no uncertain terms that you're asking more than the market will bear.
