Leaving one Realtor
  If an employee works for one realator and decides to leave and go to a better position at another realitor . Can the realitor that the person wants to go to work for get in trouble for recuriting?
 
  Agents are free to choose which broker to associate with.  I don't know the circumstances, but it isn't likely the second broker would get in trouble.
