Lease to Purchase

Our grandfather has offered to do a lease to purchase agreement for a house he owns - can we take care of the paper work ourselves without a lawyer? What forms do we have to have?

Thanks-Carrie Brill

Your grandfather must absolutely hire his own real estate lawyer, to make sure the contract protects his interests.
