Landlord is Foreclosed |

I am renting and have been in my home for 6 months. I recieved a motion for final judement of foreclosure. My landlord that I am current with rent, has not paid on the morgage since aug 1 of 2007.
How much time do I have before I must leave? |

In some parts of California, where rent control is in effect, you can't be evicted. IN most of the state, you can be given 30 days' notice to leave by the new owner of the property. Perhaps a phone call to the housing office in your town or city hall might give you the answer. |
