Land Was Filled |

I am looking at a 3.11 acre lot of bare land. The price is $62,500 which is great for the area. I was told by the guy next door that the previous owner filled in a large low area with old concrete, rock, and asphalt. The land looks as if nothing had ever happened. What should I look out for if I want to buy this property for building a home. |
