Land as Down Payment
  In common terms that I understand- If I have land that is paid in full and want to put a modular home on it. How can I use my land as a downpayment to help mt payments?

  Talk with a couple of mortgage brokers.  Avoid any that asks for an upfront fee.  They can give you better answers than I can.  Good luck.
