Items Not Done After Closing |

If my clients closed on a new townhome and 30 days after the closing certain walk-thru items are still not done. What to do if the walk-thru list request for 3 weeks after closing and no-one from the real estate company or the builders office will return my calls? |

It woudl have been useful if money had been held back in escrow at the closing, to be released only after the listed items were completed. At this point, a letter from your clients' lawyer might be in order, addressed to the president of the company. |
