Include a Fireplace?
	My husband and I are in the planning stages of building a new home and we are having a litle disagreement about the importance of having a fire place in the home I think that it adds to the resale value and the overall obviance to the home . He thinks that fire places are over priced and let out heat and air cond. and we will never usr it any way. I use it to knock the chill off prior to cutting on the heat. All the builders in the area include fireplaces is this a big mistake to build a home without one in the great room?

	Call a few local real estate brokerages and ask for advice. They can judge better than I can about the resale value of a fireplace in your particular neighborhood.
