I have my realestate license in bank but am looking for my mom in helping her to buy a house. Can I be compesated from the realtor since my license is valid even though I am not working as a realtor right now? |

If you have an active broker's license, you can legally be paid for real estate services. If your license is inactive, it doesn't qualify. If you hold a salespersons' license, you cannot receive money directly, but only through your supervising broker. |
