There's no way I can tell how much the place is worth, how long it's been for sale, how it compares with recent sales in the neighborhood. That's what you should use to judge your offer.
In general, I advise making your first offer pretty close to what you'd really pay if you had to, high enough to tempt the seller to accept it there and then and be done with the problem. |
