House with No Furnace |

I won the bid on a HUD home with no furnace. I asm planning to finance with a conventional mortgage. What do I do about a Cert of Occupancy? Can I be issued a temp so that I may have time to make repairs?

TAlk with local mortgage brokers. They'll know if there's anything available that would suit your situation. But HUD itself has a fine mortgage plan, FHA #203k, that would be just perfect. It allows you to borrow purchase price plus needed substantial repairs. |
