House Has a Lean
  I am in the process of buying a house and when I went too the bank I found out the title has a lean for back taxes. I know that the attorney has to take care of the legal part . how long do I have to wait for the titile to be cleared or do I have to find another house?
 
  Ask the attorney.  I don't know enough about the seller's situation to judge from this distance.  Sorry I can't be of help.
